Energy Sciences Resource Partners, LLC, founded in January 2008, is an energy consulting firm that identifies and provides practical energy solutions through energy audits, comprehensive energy management programs and turnkey projects. We provide these and other related services to the industrial, commercial, institutional and governmental sectors either directly or through established firms requiring supplemental expertise.

Frank has over 25 years of energy experience in both demand side and supply side energy management for utility operations, building energy management, performance contracting and international consulting in the commercial, industrial, retail and institutional environments.
His experience extends into distributed generation and CHP including technology applications for landfill gas and renewable energy alternatives.
Frank is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP) and Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP) through the Association of Energy Engineers. Frank attained his degree in Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University and is also a professional licensed builder in the State of Michigan.
Shelley Sullivan, CEM, CLEP

Shelley has a diversified energy and environmental background with over 15 years experience developing and implementing programs that conserve energy, minimize environmental impact and reduce operating costs.
Her areas of expertise include demand side energy management programs, air compliance programs, emissions reporting, awareness programs and policy development.
Shelley has a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MS from Wayne State University, is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP) and Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP) through the Association of Energy Engineers.
